Melia White House Hotel initially wanted to use the service of Business Doctors to help them with their recruitment process, also wanting to use our Management Pro psychometric assessment as an integral part of our senior selection procedure.
Not only was the tool useful but it allowed them to have an insight into candidate’s aptitudes and their cultural fit into their organisation. It allowed the HR team to interview more effectively as they could concentrate on flagged up areas of strengths and weaknesses.
Business Doctors were more recently asked to help with the profiling of the Executive Team, in which we identified team member’s profiles as well as assessing and analysing team work as a whole.
The purpose of this exercise was to enable the team at Melia White House Hotel to strengthen their teamwork, identify areas of improvement and opportunity, and to provide an effective performance management tool.
